The Unpublished Opinions of the Rehnquist Court Schwartz provides the draft opinions prepared by Justices in key cases during the Rehnquist Court, together with short histories, commentaries, and analyses of what happened once the drafts were circulated. This book is a companion volume to Schwartz's The Unpublished Opinions of the Warren Court (1984) and The Unpublished Opinions of the Burger Court (1987).
